Titanic Furniture (American Dar, Inc., Chicago, Illinois) runs titanicfurniture.com and the Titanic Furniture mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android. The app is for approved wholesale dealers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Dealer account details you give us when you apply or register: business name, contact name, email, phone, business address, Titanic account number and the tax or resale documents you upload.
  • Login information: your email and password (stored encrypted), and a secure sign-in key on your device so you stay logged in to the app.
  • Your settings in the app: favorites you save and your Retail Mode setting and PIN (the PIN is stored encrypted).
  • Notification token: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send you new-arrival, special and stock messages.
  • Website analytics: titanicfurniture.com uses Google Analytics (Google Site Kit) to count visits and pages viewed. The app does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To review dealer applications and give approved dealers access to pricing and live stock.
  • To log you in, keep your favorites and Retail Mode setting, and send notifications you allowed.
  • To answer your questions and support your orders, which are placed through AMP.
  • To keep our website and app secure (for example, login alerts and blocking repeated failed logins).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and app: our web host (Cloudways / DigitalOcean), our email provider, Expo (which delivers app notifications), and Apple and Google when you download the app. AMP Tablet handles orders you place there under its own policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time: in the app, go to Account → Delete my account, or email office@titanicfurniture.com. We delete your website and app account, favorites and notification tokens within 30 days. We may keep business records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices.

Your choices

  • You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone’s settings.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it by emailing office@titanicfurniture.com.

Children

Our website and app are for businesses and are not meant for children under 18.
